The Foundry Portlaoise - Multi unit apartment building located in Portlaoise, Co Laois designed by architect firm NKSE.
Located in a secure gated development in the heart of Portlaoise, this contemporary apartment block comprises four well-designed A2 energy certified units, each offering comfortable and practical living space. Every apartment features two generous bedrooms with ensuite and a main bathroom and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area — perfect for modern family life or professional tenants.

One - off house located in Rathdowney, Co. Laois designed by architect Patrick Bradley.
A striking one-off contemporary A2 rated home, reinterprets the traditional rural barn. Clad in dark timber with a crisp pitched roof, the exterior form is both bold and understated, sitting comfortably within its natural surroundings. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the interior to panoramic views, flooding the living spaces with natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. Inside, the layout is thoughtfully designed with generous open-plan living areas, clean architectural lines, and a warm, minimalist palette, resulting in a home that is both functional and visually compelling.
