Paul Kiernan is a civil engineer with over a decade of experience delivering complex construction projects across Ireland and the Middle East. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2013 and began his career in Dubai, where he spent eight years working on a wide range of high-profile developments. His international experience includes landmark projects such as the Bulgari Hotel, the Expo 2020 site, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, providing him with a strong foundation in quality, coordination, and large-scale project delivery.

After returning to Ireland in 2021, Paul established PWJ Management and Engineering Limited, bringing his global experience to the local market. Since then, he has worked closely with clients on one-off housing projects, renovations, and small apartment developments across Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, and Dublin, offering a hands-on, practical, and client-focused approach.

Committed to continuous professional development, Paul completed further studies in Construction Project Planning and Scheduling at South East Technological University Waterford in 2023 and is currently undertaking a BSc in Construction Contracts Management. This combination of international project experience, local expertise, and ongoing education allows him to deliver well-planned, efficient, and contractually robust projects for his clients.
